Professional Screen Printing
Our core service is custom screen printing, pulled in-house at our Miami studio. Ink pushed through a mesh screen, cured properly, built to survive the wash rather than crack off it.
Custom Screen Printing
What every screen printing job includes:
- Plastisol or water-based ink, chosen for the fabric and the hand-feel you want. Water-based sinks into the cotton and stays soft; plastisol sits up brighter and holds fine detail.
- Simulated process printing for photographic and many-color artwork.
- Screens burned in-house, so color separations never wait on an outside supplier.
- Oversized printing for front, back and sleeve placements.
- Retail-ready finishing on request: neck labels, hang tags, folding and poly bagging.
- Minimum 12 pieces for screen printing. Need fewer? Ask about DTF, which we run with no minimum.
Embroidery Services
Digitizing and stitching done to a spec, not a default. Every logo gets mapped to thread before a needle moves, so small text stays readable and edges stay clean.
Professional Embroidery
Embroidery services include:
- High-precision digitizing, so fine text and thin strokes survive the stitch
- Stitch density matched to the fabric – a cap backing is not a polo backing
- Consistent placement and alignment across the whole run
- Polos, caps, jackets, workwear and bags
- Ideal for staff uniforms, retail-quality branded apparel, and stitched detailing on your own products.

Not every job arrives press-ready, and that is normal. Fifteen years of doing both the design and the printing means we know what will actually hold on fabric before it reaches the press.

- Layout adjustment for garment sizes and print placements
- Advice on ink counts before they inflate your quote
