Embroidery Sevices
Digitizing and stitching done to a spec, not a default. Every logo is mapped to thread before a needle moves, so small text stays readable and edges stay clean.
Polos, caps, jackets, workwear and bags, from staff uniforms to retail-quality branded apparel.
Caps, polos, jackets, beanies, aprons and workwear, embroidered for businesses, schools, teams and events across Miami. Minimum 12 pieces, same as printing. Most orders ship in 5-7 business days after you approve the digitized proof.
Digitizing is where embroidery is won or lost
A logo drawn for a screen or for the web has to be rebuilt as a stitch path before it goes near a machine. That rebuild is what decides whether small type reads or fills in.
High-precision digitizing, so fine text and thin strokes survive the stitch.
Stitch density matched to the fabric
A cap backing is not a polo backing. Density and underlay are set per garment, so the stitch sits flat instead of puckering a light fabric or stiffening a panel.
Consistent placement and alignment across the whole run.
When embroidery beats printing
Embroidery costs more per piece than screen printing, and it will not reproduce photographic artwork or fine gradients. What it does is last. Stitching does not crack, fade or wash out the way a print eventually will.
For staff uniforms, caps and workwear that get worn and washed constantly, that trade is usually worth it. For a large front graphic or a photographic design, custom t-shirt printing in Miami is the better call, and we will tell you so.
Plenty of orders use both: embroidered caps and polos for the staff, printed tees for everyone else. We run artwork prep and digitizing in the same studio, so one file can be prepared for thread and for ink without going out to two suppliers.
